Stephanie's camp was an answer to a
prayer.  I've been struggling with my
weight for most of my life. I was
scared to sign up for "bootcamp"
because I thought I was way too out
of shape, but felt I needed something
like this to get into shape.  Stephanie
will work with you and help you to
modify your workout to work for
your fitness level.  I've already lost
over 30 pounds and more
importantly, I'm feeling healthier and
stronger.

My name is Andrea and I have been a part of this bootcamp for 4 1/2 months.  I was a
collegiate athlete and was used to hard workouts,  but after 4 years of marriage, love,  
and 2 sweet babies...I have not worked out much more than my way to the fridge for a
'lil comfort or relief after a long day.  SO.....I have been looking for some extra
motivation to do what I need to do.  This bootcamp has been just what I have needed.  
We have a good time together, while "taking care of business"  all at the same time.  
Stephanie has done a great job of not allowing us to slack too much, but yet giving us
ample opportunity to push ourselves at a reasonable pace.  After 4 years of not losing
weight, but rather stretching and re-stretching after babies.....  I am thrilled to be
dropping weight now and body fat on a regular basis.  I have dropped almost 2 clothes
sizes, 16 pounds and several inches. It is so nice also to know that I am doing it the
"right way!" Believe it or not, I still don't really like to workout left to myself....but with
this bootcamp....I don't have to anymore...and I'm definitely getting the best workout
I've had since the good 'ole college days!!!!!  Thanx Steph~

the place.  Stephanie is fantastic and will push and

I first started in Stephanie's boot camp in June.  Previously, I had done the basic workout of
insert workout DVD and do the same monotonous routine.  Concept wise, it was great b/c I
could easily workout at home at any moments notice but it wasn't enough.  My body had
been accustomed to the same routine and I hadn't made any progress.  Once I entered
Stephanie's boot camp, things changed.  My body was constantly kept in suspense b/c the
routines were and never are the same.  I actually felt myself making progress after the
workouts losing weight, body fat, and inches.  I even had more energy.  However, after a
couple of months, I became complacent and decided to not return to boot camp for one
month and switch back to my regular old routine.  It wasn't the same.  I missed the workouts
and the people.  There's nothing like being surrounded by individuals experiencing the same
pain as you but still pushing forward to reach their goals.  So a month later, I decided to
return back to boot camp and it is the best decision I've made since giving up coca-cola.
Overall, boot camp is an awesome experience.  Stephanie is a phenomenal instructor b/c she
never accepts mediocrity from any of her students.  She always encourages us to push
ourselves to the next level but never at the expense of our safety.  It's never about the number
of reps you can do but getting the most out of the ones you can do...even its 2.  Darn In and
Out Planks!

I started working out at Stephanie’s
bootcamps in July. Previously, I already had
a pretty routine workout schedule, but it
mainly consisted of lifting weights, which to
me can get a little boring. Stephanie’s
workouts are fun, but are indeed exercise!
She has come up with a way to mix basic
weight lifting, and cardio all into one fast-
paced workout. The sweat-filled hour flies by
before you know it. By the end of the
period, my heart is racing, I’m drenched
from head-to-toe, but I feel great! Stephanie
is a wonderfully, enthusiastic instructor who
really has a great understanding of what a
woman’s body needs to loose weight and get
in shape. She’s tough, but she gets results if
you are willing to work at it. I definitely
recommend any woman to join Stephanie’s C.
O.R.E Fit bootcamps, no matter age, weight
or fitness level.

Since I have attended Bootcamp under
Stephanie I have learned from her that if you
are trained properly you can be pushed over
your limit and perform at a very high level.
Each time you attend her class the only
thing you know for sure is that the class is
going to be a very hard and intense workout.
Because of Stephanie's "can do attitude" I
have a better attitude toward exercising.
Don't get me wrong, I still don't like to
exercise but because of Stephanie with her
can do attitude I do much better. You never
know what to expect in her classes as it is
always different.  I know for a fact that the
intermediate class will prepare me for the
advanced class and then I can workout with
the big girls.

Anyone who knows me would argue there's no way I would volunteer to be
anywhere at 4:55 in the morning b/c I am NOT a morning person. But when
my friend told me she'd fired her personal at-home trainer to do "Boot Camp"
instead, I had to check it out for myself. My plan was to get on the waiting list
to try to get in the class for November, so I'd have a couple of months to "get
ready" and not embarrass my friends, but I was able to start the class the next
day, much to my great fear and chagrin.

Since I started in mid-August, I have not missed one session. Working out hard
- at 5:00 in the morning - three days a week - outside (so I can see the moon
and the stars and not be in the sweaty gym) - with a cool group of supportive
women from all walks of life - and the best trainer ever - has been an answer to
a prayer I could not even articulate to God. Stephanie is absotively awesome!
She challenges, encourages and motivates us collectively to really maximize our
time and energy by trying to do every exercise to the best of our individual
ability. I appreciate the time that she obviously spends creating our workouts
so we are never bored and our muscles are always surprised:)

I tell anyone who will listen how great it's been for me and encourage them to
try it, despite the early hour.

Thanks Stephanie for seeing a need in our community and meeting
that  need by providing C.O.R.E.FIT Bootcamp here in Pflugerville.  
Many woman  have given up on themselves due to the demands of
everyday life and the  many roles they have to fill.  You have created
an affordable, fun and  worthwhile fitness program at a time that is
workable for moms and women  on the go.  I am new to the program
so I can not brag of great weight  loss yet,  but I can say that the act
of going consistently has raised my  esteem by miles.  I feel that I
have more energy and strength already.   Thank you for basically
donating your time to the women of  Pflugerville.  You are just
what the doctor ordered.  I almost forgot one of the  most telling
improvements for me is that my cholesterol levels have gone back
down.  That is a testament to the workouts because I do not eat
oatmeal.  Thanks for everything Stephanie.

I started Stephanie's bootcamp in May, and it has
dramatically changed my life.  I was a wife, mom, and
Realtor who put my husband, kids, and clients in
front of my own needs.  I was the heaviest weight I've
been since I had my second child 6 years ago, and was
in the worst shape of my life.  In the past 5 months
I've regained my own life back.  The first hour of
every morning is MINE.  My body needs that
workout each morning, but my mind and spirit need
it just as badly.  I'm a much better wife, mother, and
Realtor to all of those who need me because I give
the first hour each morning to myself.  Getting there
each morning by 5:00 am isn't even a problem
anymore.  I jump out of bed and I'm ready to meet
up with our group and spend the best hour of my day
with this awesome trainer and amazing group of
supportive women.
There's always someone there to encourage you and
make you believe you can do it.
My eating habits have changed as well, as I don't
want to waste all that I'm doing each morning on
empty calories.  I eat to prepare for the next day's
workout, which is a huge change from laying on the
couch downing a bag of chips, wondering why I
didn't have the energy to get up and workout the
next morning.
I've lost over 14 inches off my body ( 7 of those in
my legs alone! ), over 20 pounds, and I'm heading
toward 3 jean sizes!  I feel strong, healthy, and have
my confidence back.  I've been an athlete all of my
life, but in the past 5 months, Stephanie has led,
then pushed me to be in better shape than I was at 19
years old, playing college sports.  I love my new
attitude toward exercise and my new body!!  My
husband and kids think it's pretty great as well. :)
