My fee structure is somewhat unique in that I make it as difficult as possible to cancel, give up, or change your mind - at least for one month at a time. Commitment, consistency and accountability are key to lasting change. This is why my clients commit to at least one month. I charge a flat fee based on either 2 times per week or 3 times per week for a 4, 6 or 8 week period.
