My fee structure is somewhat unique in that I make it as difficult as possible to
cancel, give up, or change your mind - at least for one month at a time.  
Commitment, consistency and accountability are key to lasting change.  This is why my
clients commit to at least one month.  I charge a flat fee based on either 2 times
per week or 3 times per week for a 4, 6 or 8 week period.

on these results and our discussion, I will design a comprehensive program that will include strength and flexibility training
as well as cardiovascular exercise.  I will then guide, motivate and educate you throughout the process.  It is ideal for
individuals as well as small groups of up to six.  Sessions take place in the privacy of your own home
