HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

AFTER COMPILING ALL OF THE FEEDBACK FROM CURRENT CAMPERS, I HAVE REDESIGNED THE BOOTCAMP
STRUCTURE AS FOLLOWS:

EACH CAMP SESSION IS 4 WEEKS IN LENGTH, 3 TIMES PER WEEK (MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY) FOR A TOTAL OF 12
SESSIONS.  PLEASE CHECK THE SCHEDULE PAGE FOR START/END DATES FOR 2008

YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE OR RE-ENLIST PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH MONTH'S BOOTCAMP.  YOU NOW HAVE
THE OPTION OF PAYING ONLINE, BUT CAN ALSO PAY BY CASH OR CHECK DIRECTLY TO ME PRIOR TO THE START OF
THE FIRST SESSION.  
BOOTCAMP COST IS $45.00 PER MONTH.

IF YOU WISH TO HAVE AN EVALUATION, WHICH CONSISTS OF WEIGHT, BODY MEASUREMENTS AND BODY FAT
PERCENTAGE, THEY ARE ALWAYS SCHEDULED FOR THE WEEKEND PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH NEW MONTH.

THE SESSIONS INCORPORATE WALKING/RUNNING, STRENGTH TRAINING, CORE CONDITIONING, CARDIO DRILLS,
PARTNER DRILLS AND CALISTHENICS FOR TOTAL BODY FITNESS.
BEFORE BEGINNING, YOU WILL NEED WEIGHTS (5-8LBS FOR BEGINNERS), A CUSHY MAT, TOWEL AND WATER - AND
GOOD CROSS TRAINING OR RUNNING SHOES.

I AM ALSO IMPLEMENTING A DONATION PROGRAM (YOU WILL SEE THE DONATE BUTTON DIRECTLY BELOW).  THIS
PROGRAM WILL EVOLVE AS WE DO, BUT FUNDS WILL GO IN TO A SEPARATE ACCOUNT TO BE USED FOR SUCH THINGS
AS NOMINATING WOMEN TO PARTICIPATE WHO WOULDN'T OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO, OR FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO
BRING GUEST HOSTS IN TO OFFER SUCH THINGS AS A SELF DEFENSE CLASS FOR WOMEN, A SEMINAR ON NUTRITION,
MEDITATION, YOGA, PILATES, AS WELL AS TO ENABLE US TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMUNITY FUNDRAISERS, WALK/RUNS
FOR CHARITIES, ETC... THE LIST GOES ON.  I TRULY WANT THIS PROGRAM TO BE ABOUT MORE THAN JUST EXERCISE.  
EXERCISE IS ONLY ONE ASPECT OF TRUE WELLNESS, AND MY VISION IS TO EXPAND AND DEVELOP COMPLETE
WELLNESS, EMPOWERMENT AND SENSE OF COMMUNITY - MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT.  



THIS PROGRAM WILL BE EVER-CHANGING AS YOU BRING ME YOUR WISH-LIST(S)!  I WILL ADD CLASSES BASED ON WHAT
YOU WANT AND WHEN YOU WANT IT, SO LET ME KNOW!
