| I began these bootcamps as a way to help a few friends take charge of their health. Within a few months, the bootcamp grew from a small group of women to over ninety from all walks of life, backgrounds, fitness levels and goals. Today, we offer a variety of bootcamps, designed for EVERYONE - from the beginner to the advanced, for those looking to get in to shape to those already in shape who want to raise the bar. You won't find a better quality, fun program, or one that is more affordable in the area. |

| If there is one thing I have learned from over 12 years of fitness experience, it is that your physical body makes up about 25% of the fitness equation – THAT’S IT! The other 75% is all in the mind. ANYONE can exercise, ANYONE can eat healthy foods, and yes, ANYONE can find the time – so why are we becoming more obese, unhealthy, and suffering from more stress?? It all has to do with the way we think. Here’s what I believe: WE ARE WHAT WE THINK. 100% - there is the answer! Until you make a mental shift to believe a) you deserve more, b) you CAN do more, and c) your life DEPENDS on it, you will not be successful. You have to believe that you deserve that hour a day, that your family deserves that hour a day… You have to believe you can do it – one step at a time. The saying “fake it ‘til you make it” applies here – just do it. Even if you are not motivated – FAKE IT. I currently have over 80 women in my bootcamps who, I guarantee you, were not terribly excited about getting up at 4:30 in the morning for 5am bootcamp to begin with – many STILL aren’t – but they made the commitment to themselves, and now do it 3-5 days a week – and I also guarantee you, once they’re at camp, they enjoy it. That is the beauty of group training with women. Women innately are encouraging, empowering, and nurturing beings – toward others… Everyone in our camps takes what they need and gives what they can to the group as a whole. Let's get back to the statement "toward others". How many women (including yourselves) do you know, who give tirelessly of themselves to their families, friends an community? Now how many do you know who give themselves even a fraction of what they give others? Therein lies the problem,.. If you keep pulling water from the well without putting a system in place to replenish it – what happens? No more water to give. Not only do you DESERVE to give to yourself, you owe it to your family and friends to give to yourself. The more you give to yourself, the more you have to give to others. Simple math as I see it – The So, to all of you out there who have taken the time to read this… it is for a reason. I don’t believe in accidents or coincidences. You were led here for a reason. The question is: What are you going to do with it? The same thing you did yesterday? And the day before that? And the day before that? How did that work for you? Take that first step, make the commitment - to yourself and for yourself, as well as the world around you - you deserve the best... give it to yourself. |
